Hong Thai Herbal Inhaler
Hong Thai Herbal Inhaler Formula 2 (The second from the Left) was previously found by the Thai FDA to have a contamination issue.
The Thai FDA found that one specific production batch — Lot No. 000332 — of Hong Thai Herbal Inhaler Formula 2 contained excessive levels of aerobic microorganisms, yeast and mold, as well as Clostridium perfringens.
The FDA ordered the affected batch to be removed from sale, recalled, and destroyed. Production was also temporarily suspended while the manufacturer investigated the cause, improved its production process, and underwent further testing to verify that the corrective measures were effective.
Importantly, the FDA clarified that the contamination finding was specific to Lot No. 000332 of Formula 2. It did not apply to other Hong Thai formulas or other production batches, which could continue to be sold normally.
Indications: Relieves body aches and muscle pain (All) ; helps relieve insect bites. (Only Formular 1)
Caution: Do not ingest. / For external use only.
Directions: Apply, rub, or massage onto the affected area.

Store it properly
After use, always close the lid tightly. Keep the herbal inhaler in a dry place at room temperature and avoid humid environments.
Avoid touching the herbal ingredients inside the container with your fingers, as this may introduce microorganisms and cause contamination.
Different types of inhalers have different shelf lives
Herbal inhalers containing actual pieces of dried herbs (such as herbs wrapped in cloth inside a container) generally have a shorter usable life than oil- or balm-based inhalers.
Check the product carefully before use. If you notice any change in color or smell, or any unusual spots, stains, or fibers — particularly white, gray, green, or black — stop using the product immediately.
