Inspired by this Thai Four Elements tradition, Holen has created four herbal inhaler scents, each representing a different birth element.

Important Notes

1. The birth-month table below is a simplified guide, converted approximately from the traditional Thai lunar calendar to the modern calendar.

2. The recommended scent may not necessarily be the fragrance you like most at first.

   Try inhaling it occasionally over a period of time and observe how the aroma makes you feel. This is based on traditional beliefs and personal sensory experience, not a medical treatment or proven health effect.

3. For inhalation only. Can not apply to the skin. The inner cap is specially designed for hygiene so that your nose does not come into direct contact with the herbs.

4. Close the outer Chada-shaped cap tightly after use to help preserve the herbal aroma.

🔥 Fire Element — Cinnamon

Holen Sugriva Herbal Inhaler – Cinnamon Scent

Sugriva is the son of the Sun God in the Ramakien. He is traditionally depicted with a red body, making him a fitting character to represent the Fire Element.

Cinnamon is an aromatic spice made from dried inner tree bark. Its distinctive warm, sweet and spicy aroma naturally complements the symbolism of fire—warmth, energy and vitality.

🌍 Earth Element — Lemongrass

Tosakanth (Ravana) is the powerful ruler of Lanka in the Ramakien, famous for his ten faces and twenty arms. His powerful, grounded character represents the Earth Element.

Lemongrass has been an important part of Thai kitchens and traditional herbal culture for generations. Its fresh, distinctive aroma creates a clean and uplifting sensation.

Traditionally, lemongrass has also been used in Thai herbal practices associated with relieving lom (wind) and digestive discomfort. 💨 Air Element — Mok Flower

Hanuman is the great warrior and devoted commander of Rama in the Ramakien. Famous for his extraordinary powers and movement, he naturally represents the dynamic character of the Air Element.

In traditional Thai culture, the Mok flower is associated with happiness, purity and auspiciousness. Its delicate floral character creates a light and soothing aromatic experience.

💧 Water Element — Lotus
